Terms of Service
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Share or resell access to courses, coaching calls, or community areas
Copy, distribute, record, or reproduce content without permission
Harass, bully, or post hateful/ illegal content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform
3. Payments and Access
Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
Some content may be time-limited (e.g., access for 3 months).
Taxes may apply depending on your location.
4. Certification Conditions
If we offer certificates, you agree that certification may require:
Completing 100% of required lessons/ modules
Passing quizzes/ assessments with a minimum score of 80%
Submitting required assignments (if applicable)
Following academic integrity rules (no cheating/ plagiarism)
Using your real identity for certificate issuance (where required)
We reserve the right to:
Deny or revoke certification for fraud, cheating, or policy violations
Update certification requirements for future cohorts/ programs (without affecting already-earned certificates unless fraud is involved)
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, worksheets, branding, and platform content are owned by Shopnil Academy or its licensors.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use content for your own learning.
6. Community Guidelines
You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content or restrict access to protect the community.
7. Termination
You may stop using Services anytime. We may suspend/ terminate access if you violate these Terms or create legal/ security risk
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you through the platform or email. Continued use means acceptance.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Digital Courses (One-Time Purchase)
Refund window: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Access/ use limitation: Refunds may be denied if:
More than 30% of the course has been completed, or
A certificate has already been issued, or
Downloadable materials have been substantially accessed (where applicable).
Subscriptions/ Memberships
You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Cancellation stops future billing; past charges are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
Coaching Services (1:1 or Group Coaching)
Before program starts: Refund available if requested 7 Days before the start date (minus any non-refundable processing fee, if applicable).
After program starts: Generally non-refundable, but we may consider partial refunds only in exceptional cases, at our discretion.
Missed sessions: Missed sessions are typically not refundable. Rescheduling rules are in Section 4.
Rescheduling / No-Show Rules (Coaching)
Rescheduling requires 48 hours notice.
No-shows or late cancellations may be treated as used sessions.
How to Request a Refund
Email shopnilacademy2u@gmail.com with:
Your account email
Order number/ receipt
Purchase name (course/ coaching/ subscription)
Reason for request
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days (timing depends on the payment provider).
